History

– Ream was established as a manufacturer and retailer of Kitchen furniture for the fitted kitchen market. We started with our first small shop and showroom in Luton, Chatham.

– We moved to Livingstone Circus, Gillingham as we had outgrown our first premises and needed a bigger space to accommodate us and our increasing range of kitchens.

– Having experienced continued growth, we were on the move again.  We found the ideal premises in the form of a large factory unit on the Gillingham Business Park.

– Steady growth prompted another move, this time within the Gillingham Business Park where we had become a well known name in the area.  We found the ideal premises in a 2800 square foot unit that could accommodate our showroom, office and workshop.

– Thanks to continued success we decided to expand our presence within the South East and opened our second showroom in Eltham, London.  We even had the local Mayor along to open the showroom!

– The need for further manufacturing and storage space prompted another hunt for bigger premises.  We were also looking for extra space to meet the demands of our satisfied kitchen and bedroom customers who were pleading with us to expand in to bathrooms.

– We found the perfect place!  Two adjoining units became available in the very same close that we previously moved from.

– Our factory was moved from its current location in September and we worked hard to create a stunning new showroom, expanding our range to include the long awaited addition of bathrooms.

– Present day - Our neighbours decided to move giving us the ability to expand in to the adjacent building – an opportunity too big to miss.  We commenced an ambitious expansion project which enabled us to create one of the largest and most impressive showrooms in the South East of England.
