How much will my new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or home office cost?
We work on a wide variety of projects and are confident we offer exceptional value for money so please be honest about your budget expectations. Our designers will carefully consider your requirements to ensure that they create a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom that works for you and your budget.
How long does a project take?
From placing your order it generally takes just six to eight weeks to complete the manufacture and the installation, depending on the complexity involved.
How will I be able to contact my project manager?
You will be given their mobile number and email address so that you can always reach them directly.
Should you require building services as part of the project, we can carry out a wide range of services such as wall removal, door repositioning, new ceilings, flooring, tiling, electrics, plumbing and carpentry, in fact all relevant works to complete an entire refurbishment.
Can I use my own fitters?
Of course! If you have your own preferred installers, we’re completely flexible.
Is there a guarantee?
Once your new project is complete you can relax, safe in the knowledge that it's covered by Ream's no quibble guarantee. All our furniture comes with a five year warranty, bedrooms come with a ten year warranty and a one year labour warranty and appliance warranties vary according to the manufacturer. We want you to be as happy with your room in years to come as you were when we completed the project.
