Mr & Mrs Penfield & their Sittingbourne Shaker Kitchen

Sittingbourne

“With the striking blue colour and sleek, white quartz worktop it really helps to give this kitchen the wow factor.” Paul, Designer

The Client’s Brief

After following up a recommendation by their family members, Mr and Mrs Penfield visited Ream’s award-winning Gillingham showroom in Kent. The couple had made the decision to update their 11-year-old kitchen. The open plan kitchen and utility area was dark and suffered from a lack of storage.

The Project

A design consultation with Lara, one of Ream’s Kitchen Designers, gave the couple peace of mind that their need for more storage as well as a sleek white kitchen was achievable. Mr & Mrs Penfield fell in love with the Fitzroy Shaker style kitchen with contrasting shades of Hartforth Blue and Porcelain White kitchen cabinets.

The brief for the new kitchen incorporated a butler sink, white wall tiles and white floor tiles to create a light and airy kitchen that Mr & Mrs Penfield needed.

Life After The Journey

“The kitchen installation team were efficient and kept the kitchen tidy and cleaned up each night when they left. Any issues which arose were addressed and a solution was always proposed. For example, we had three broken tiles which were quickly replaced”.
