Made in Kent
Every piece of Ream furniture begins life in our workshop in Gillingham, Kent. Built by skilled craftspeople using traditional techniques and modern precision machinery.
The workshop
Our 12,000 sq ft workshop in Gillingham is where every Ream kitchen, bedroom and home living interior begins. From the moment a design is finalised, it moves to our workshop team — skilled craftspeople who've dedicated their careers to making furniture that lasts.
We invest in precision CNC machinery for accurate cutting and joinery, but every piece is assembled, adjusted and finished entirely by hand. This combination of modern technology and traditional craft is what gives Ream furniture its unique quality.

Each cabinet carcass is cut to exact tolerances using CNC technology, then assembled by hand by our experienced joiners and cabinet makers.
All painted finishes are applied by hand in our spray booth, with multiple coats and careful sanding between each — for a finish that truly lasts.
