Paul has been part of the Ream team since 1993 — his 33rd year in kitchen design. Having previously worked within an architectural practice, he joined Ream as a trainee and has spent more than three decades helping customers create beautiful, functional spaces.
Throughout his career, Paul has seen trends come and go, but his passion for great design has remained constant. He enjoys working closely with clients to create kitchens tailored to the way they live, cook and entertain.
Paul's extensive experience allows him to combine creative design with practical expertise — from space planning and layout to selecting the perfect finishes. One of the things he values most about Ream is the freedom of working for an independently owned company, allowing a genuinely personal service for every customer.
Lucy has been designing kitchens for over 12 years and still loves the process just as much today as when she started. For her, great design starts with people, not products.
She enjoys getting to know her clients and understanding how they live, because no two families use their kitchens in exactly the same way. Whether it's creating a space for busy family life, entertaining friends or simply making everyday routines easier, Lucy believes every kitchen should be designed around the people using it.
From the initial ideas and mood boards through to the final details, she loves helping clients bring their vision to life. Combining creativity with practicality, Lucy's aim is always the same: to create a kitchen that feels timeless, works beautifully and truly feels like home.
Known for her friendly and approachable style, Lucy enjoys guiding clients through every stage of the journey, helping them explore layouts, materials and finishes while making the whole process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
For Lucy, the most rewarding part of the process is seeing clients fall in love with a kitchen that not only looks beautiful, but truly reflects who they are and how they live.
Fran is a kitchen designer at Ream, working with clients from the first conversation through to the finished room. She helps shape layouts, materials and details so every kitchen feels considered, practical and made for the way you live.
