The Client’s Brief
Seeking to enhance their kitchen and elevate the dining space, Mr. and Mrs. B embarked on an upgrade journey with a distinct focus; a rustic aesthetic that would effortlessly reflect the aura of their countryside home. Perfectly suited to the lifestyles of our clients, this kitchen has been crafted bespoke to their exact needs, leaving them “absolutely thrilled” with the result.
The Project
The first stage in this project was freeing up the entire space by incorporating an aperture connecting the kitchen and dining area. As a result, an influx of natural light now moves freely between the two spaces, seamlessly tying the rooms together.
Deciding on Clifden cabinet doors in porcelain has resulted in a timeless interpretation of the classic shaker-style kitchen. Their seamless integration with the Lorenzo Oak laminate worktop radiates an air of refinement whilst remaining homely and inviting. Beyond reflecting the aesthetic goals of this couple, our design also prioritized optimal functionality. A striking example of this can be found in the placement of the AEG cooker, cleverly elevated for convenient accessibility, leaving Mr & Mrs B with a kitchen that aligns seamlessly with their distinctive tastes and lifestyles.
Details
A pleasing accent is delivered through the Blanco Camia tap in chrome that is reflected by the sink and complimented by the brushed silver cabinet door handles. Harmonising effortlessly with the light colour scheme of this space, each element of this room has been thoughtfully selected to contribute to the room’s bright and airy atmosphere.
