Ream work with Local Housing Developer

When Sunningdale House approached us to design handmade kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites for eight fantastic new five-bedroom properties in Monkton’s desirable Monocstune Mews, Ream were thrilled to be involved.

With over 2,780 square foot of living space, these eight detached houses combine the best of traditional architectural styling paired with contemporary yet sophisticated interiors. They have been designed with the needs of today’s homeowners in mind; including large kitchen/breakfast/dining rooms, which are tailored to today’s demands for open-plan living and multi-functional spaces.

Working alongside the developers, Sunningdale House Development, our kitchen and bathroom designers created beautiful, bespoke kitchens with high gloss cabinets, Stone worktops and efficient AEG appliances. Thoughtful additions such as large breakfast islands are sure to help these spaces become the hub of this family home. We’ve also included all the finer details that you would expect from a Ream kitchen, such as cutlery inserts and practical storage solutions in the form of wine storage and pan drawers, ensuring that the kitchen is not only beautiful to look at, but also a joy to use.
